Visa rules change often, differ by passport and are rarely explained clearly. We help you understand what you need, prepare a complete application and submit it through the right channel, so you can plan your trip without guesswork. The final decision always rests with the embassy or immigration authority, but a well-prepared application gives you the best chance.

Destinations we help with

  • UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi): Kenyan passport holders need a visa before travel. We process tourist visas with your package or on their own.
  • Turkey: Kenyans can use Turkey's e-visa only under conditions, such as holding a valid Schengen, US, UK or Irish visa or residence permit. Otherwise we guide you through the embassy application in Nairobi.
  • Schengen countries and the UK: we explain the requirements, help you assemble documents, book appointments where possible and arrange the flight and hotel reservations and travel insurance that applications ask for.
  • Egypt, Qatar and other destinations: we check the current rules for your passport and help with the application.
  • Visitors to Kenya: we help friends, family and business guests with the Kenya eTA, applied for online at etakenya.go.ke.

Transit visas

Some routings need a transit visa even if you never leave the airport. We check this when we book your flights and choose a routing that avoids the problem where possible.

What we need from you

Usually a passport valid for at least six months with blank pages, a recent passport-style photo and, for some countries, bank statements, employment or business letters and proof of accommodation. Apply early: processing times vary from a few days to several weeks, and longer in peak seasons.

Questions

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?

No. Only the embassy or immigration authority decides, and no agent can guarantee approval. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and submitted through the right channel, which avoids the most common reasons for delays and refusals.

How early should I apply?

As early as your plans allow. UAE visas usually take a few working days, while Schengen and UK visas can take several weeks, especially in summer and before Christmas. Schengen applications can normally be submitted up to six months before travel.

Do visitors coming to Kenya need an eTA?

Most visitors need an approved Kenya eTA before they travel, applied for online at etakenya.go.ke. Since 2025, citizens of East African Community partner states and most African countries are exempt. Processing typically takes about three working days, so apply at least a week ahead.
