What we handle

  • Business travel: domestic and international flights, hotels close to where your team needs to be, airport transfers and visa applications.
  • Conference travel: getting delegates to events in Kenya or abroad, with grouped bookings, rooming lists and arrival schedules.
  • MICE: meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, including venue sourcing, accommodation blocks, airport meet-and-greet and ground transport.
  • Team retreats and incentives: strategy away-days in Naivasha, team-building weekends in Diani, or reward trips to Zanzibar or Dubai for your best performers.

Corporate accounts

For organisations that travel regularly, a corporate account keeps things simple. We can work to your travel policy and approval process, keep traveller profiles on file to speed up bookings, and provide clear invoices that match your finance team's requirements. One contact person handles your bookings and changes, so you aren't explaining the same trip twice.

Changes happen

Meetings move and flights get cancelled. When that happens, call or WhatsApp us and we'll rebook flights, adjust hotel dates and update transfers, telling your traveller and your office what has changed.

Retreats on the coast

Being based in Mombasa, the coast is our home ground. We can put together beach-side conference and retreat packages with accommodation, meeting space, meals, airport transfers and an afternoon of team activities or a dhow trip to finish the day.

Questions

Can you set up a corporate account for our organisation?

Yes. Get in touch with your organisation's details, the volume of travel you expect and how you'd like to be invoiced, and we'll agree terms that suit your finance and approval processes.

Do you organise conferences and team retreats?

Yes. We can source venues and accommodation, arrange delegate flights and transfers, and add meals, activities and excursions. Retreats on the Kenyan coast, in Naivasha or abroad can all be put together as one package.

Can you book travel for our international visitors to Kenya?

Yes. We can book flights and hotels for your guests, help them with the Kenya eTA where it's required, and arrange airport meet-and-greet and ground transport for the length of their stay.
