Pay in instalments

Lipa Polepole

Reserve your holiday with a 30% deposit, then pay the rest in instalments by M-Pesa or bank transfer — fully paid 14 days before you travel. No interest, no loan.

How it works

  1. 1

Choose your trip and get a written quote

Pick a package or ask for a custom trip. Your quote shows the total, the deposit and the date the balance is due.

  2. 2

Pay the 30% deposit to reserve

That holds your seats and rooms. On flying packages the airfare is paid when we issue the tickets, so the airline can't raise it later.

  3. 3

    Pay the balance polepole

Pay in instalments that suit you, by M-Pesa or bank transfer with your booking reference, as long as you meet the dates in your quote. We confirm every payment on WhatsApp.

  4. 4

Fully paid 14 days before departure

We send your vouchers, pick-up time and driver or flight details. Then you just pack.

Cancellations and changes follow our booking conditions. Read the full guide: planning a holiday on Lipa Polepole.

Payment questions

How much deposit do I need to pay?

A deposit secures your booking, and the amount depends on the trip and on what our suppliers require. It is shown on your quote and confirmation. The balance is then due before departure by the date stated on your booking. Some services, such as flights or peak-season rooms, may need to be paid in full straight away.

What is Lipa Polepole?

Lipa Polepole means 'pay slowly'. It lets you secure a trip with a deposit and then pay the balance in flexible instalments that suit your income, as long as the full amount is paid before you travel. It's a practical way to plan a holiday months ahead. We'll agree your payment dates in writing when you book.

How can I pay?

You can pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. The payment details are shown on your invoice. Before sending money, confirm the details with us by phone on +254 755 721 184, and keep your M-Pesa message or bank slip. We'll send a receipt for every payment, including each Lipa Polepole instalment.

Why are prices different for residents and non-residents?

Kenya's national parks, reserves and many hotels charge different rates for Kenyan citizens, East African and Kenyan residents, and international visitors. Park entry fees make up a large part of a safari's cost, so the difference shows clearly in the package price. To get citizen or resident rates, carry your national ID, passport or alien card, as gates and hotels check it.

What does 'all inclusive' mean on a safari?

On our safaris it usually means transport, accommodation, meals, park entry fees, game drives, a driver-guide and drinking water, as listed on each package. It doesn't normally cover drinks from the bar, tips, optional activities such as balloon safaris or village visits, or travel insurance. Always check the inclusions and exclusions on the package page and your quote.
