After a long flight, the last thing you want is to negotiate a taxi fare in the arrivals hall. Our airport transfers mean a driver is waiting for you with your name on a board, ready to load your bags and take you straight to your hotel, home or holiday rental.
Where we go
We collect guests from Moi International Airport, Mombasa, and drive them to destinations all along the coast. Typical journey times, depending on traffic:
- Mombasa island, Nyali and Bamburi: roughly 30 to 60 minutes
- Shanzu and Mtwapa: about an hour
- Diani and the South Coast: usually an hour to an hour and a half, using the Dongo Kundu bypass where possible
- Kilifi: around an hour and a half to two hours
- Watamu and Malindi: roughly two to three hours
We can also arrange transfers for other pick-up points on request, such as hotels, homes or the start of an excursion, and return trips to the airport at the end of your stay.
How it works
Send us your flight number, arrival time, number of passengers and luggage, and the address you're heading to. We'll confirm the price and the vehicle, from a saloon car for two to a van for a family or group. Sharing your flight number lets the driver plan around any delay. On arrival, look for your name on the board after you collect your bags.
Groups and events
For weddings, conferences and team retreats on the coast, we can coordinate several arrivals across the day and keep a single contact person updated on every pick-up.

Questions
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Share your flight number when you book so the driver can plan around the actual landing time. If your flight changes significantly, for example to a different day, let us know as soon as you can and we'll rearrange the pick-up.
Can you collect me at night?
Yes, we arrange pick-ups for late and early flights as well as daytime arrivals. Just give us the details when you book so the driver and vehicle are confirmed in advance.
Do you offer transfers from Ukunda airstrip or within Mombasa?
Our core service is from Moi International Airport, but we can quote transfers from other pick-up points, such as Ukunda airstrip for Diani, hotels or homes. Send us the details and we'll confirm availability and the price.
