The right hotel can make a trip and the wrong one can spoil it, and star ratings only tell part of the story. We help you choose based on what matters to you: location, room type, meal plan, pool, kids' facilities, quiet or lively, and of course budget.
What we book
- Coast hotels and resorts in Diani, Nyali, Bamburi, Shanzu, Kilifi, Watamu and Malindi, from family resorts with kids' clubs to smaller places for couples.
- Safari lodges and tented camps in the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo, Naivasha and other parks.
- City and business hotels in Nairobi and Mombasa, including stays near JKIA or the SGR terminus before an early departure.
- International hotels in Dubai, Zanzibar, Istanbul, Doha, Cairo, Singapore, the Maldives and beyond.
Understanding the rate
Hotel prices in Kenya often depend on who you are and when you travel. Many coast and safari properties offer separate rates for East African residents, and rates rise in school holidays and over Christmas and Easter. Board plans range from bed and breakfast to half board, full board and all-inclusive, and we'll explain exactly what each one covers so there are no surprises at check-out.
For weddings, family reunions, church retreats and sports teams, we can request group rates and room blocks and manage the rooming list for you.
Before you arrive
Your confirmation shows the hotel name, room type, board plan, check-in and check-out times and any special requests. Need an early check-in, a late check-out, an airport pick-up or a birthday cake in the room? Tell us and we'll arrange it with the hotel wherever possible.

Questions
Do you offer resident rates?
Many hotels and lodges in Kenya offer lower rates for East African citizens and residents. Where they apply, we quote them, and you'll need to show your national ID, passport or alien card at check-in to qualify.
Can I book a hotel without flights or transfers?
Yes. Hotel-only bookings are welcome, whether it's a night in Nairobi before a safari or a week in Diani. We can add airport transfers or excursions later if you need them.
What's the difference between half board, full board and all-inclusive?
Half board includes breakfast and dinner, full board adds lunch, and all-inclusive usually adds selected drinks and snacks as well. Each hotel defines its plans slightly differently, so we check the details for the property you choose.
